Joe is also a past clerk to the Honorable Bobbe J. Bridge of the Washington Supreme Court and judicial extern to the Honorable John C. Coughenour of the United States District Court. Joe received his J.D. with honors from the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
