CASE STAFFING PHILOSOPHY
Cascadia Law Group has assembled a team of professionals who share a single mission: to achieve success for our clients in the most effective way possible. We do not use the big-firm method of staffing a case with lots of junior attorneys in training under a senior attorney who may or may not have time for your case. We have learned a leaner staffing approach from our experience with contingent-fee cases, where the time invested is our own. We know the value of using senior attorneys and experienced paralegals to obtain optimal results at the optimal price.

BILLING PHILOSOPHY
Our lawyers know how to prepare a bill that reflects the true value of their work. Indeed, we are so confident about our bills and the value of our services that we do not ask our clients to call us to raise questions about them. We simply give clients the complete discretion to write a bill down — or up — in value as they see fit.

We also believe that legal bills should be simpler than they typically are, so clients do not have to examine the details to see if the charges are fair. We pass on our outside costs without a markup of any kind. We do not charge for routine telephone calls, internal copying, or faxes.

We encourage our clients to work with us to establish creative billing arrangements. We focus on getting results, and we are confident enough about our abilities that we welcome opportunities to share in the risks and rewards of our clients' cases.
