Stephen Parkinson Joins Cascadia

Cascadia Law Group is excited to announce that Stephen Parkinson has joined the firm as of counsel. Steve’s practice will focus on a wide array of complex environmental matters, including contaminated site cleanup & cost recovery, natural resource damage claims, Clean Water Act and wetlands permitting and compliance issues, and real estate liability risk mitigation. 

Steve brings over three decades of experience in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has served as Chair of the ABA Committee on Superfund and Natural Resource Damages Litigation, and as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Association of General Contractors of Washington. He is the founder of Parkinson ADR, a mediation and dispute resolution practice focused on environmental and commercial matters.
